The cloth
Balcony Navy Quilted Fleece Duster is for the turn in the weather, when one more layer is the outfit. Diamond quilting across navy cloth, in opaque fleece. A covered zip closes from the collar toward the hem and is meant to stay up. Sleeves finish at the wrist. The hem falls to the ankle and still covers past mid-calf. Two ruffle tiers sit just above the hem. They add shape, and they do not shorten it. The body is eased, not fitted to the skin.
Opaque brushed fleece in navy, matte and warm. The quilted sits in the cloth, not on a thin ground.
