Cardamom Burgundy Floral Satin Duster is a small rose floral on a burgundy ground, dark enough to read as cloth first. The funnel is sewn closed. The sash only marks the waist. A narrow lace trim finishes the cuff and is backed with the same opaque cloth, so the wrist stays covered. Sleeves reach the wrist and stop there. The hem falls to the ankle and still covers past mid-calf. It is a layer with room, sized the way the rest of the house is sized.
Opaque duchess satin in burgundy. The sheen is restrained, and the cloth is not a slip and not a lining. The floral sits in the cloth, not on a thin ground.
