The cloth

For an ordinary afternoon that still wants a finished layer, this is solid ink, unpatterned and fully covered, cut as a covered duster. The brushed knit stays opaque. High stand collar, zipped closed from the throat. A covered zip closes from the collar toward the hem and is meant to stay up. Patch pockets sit where the hands fall. The hem falls to the ankle and still covers past mid-calf. It is a layer with room, sized the way the rest of the house is sized.
