For a cooler evening that still wants a duster, not a coat, this is a tonal damask medallion woven into burgundy cloth, cut as a covered duster. The velvet stays opaque. High stand collar, zipped closed from the throat. A covered zip closes from the collar toward the hem and is meant to stay up. Tonal embroidery traces the cuff. The stitch is dense, and the cloth under it is opaque. The hem falls to the ankle and still covers past mid-calf. The cut leaves room for layers.
