For a festival day, from morning through a long meal, this is a tonal leaf jacquard in camel, the pattern living in the weave, cut as a covered duster. The velvet stays opaque. Funnel neck, front sewn closed. The funnel is sewn closed. The sash only marks the waist. A narrow piping line finds the collar, the front edge, and the hem, then stops. The hem meets the floor. You can sit down in it, and the front still meets.
Opaque velvet in camel, with a low sheen and a dense pile. The jacquard sits in the cloth, not on a thin ground.
