The cloth
A floor-length quilted cloth piece for a day that asks for warmth and still wants a long line. Cardamom Ivory Damask Quilt Duster is a tonal damask medallion woven into ivory cloth. A covered zip closes from the collar toward the hem and is meant to stay up. Tonal embroidery traces the cuff. The stitch is dense, and the cloth under it is opaque. Sleeves reach the wrist and stop there. The hem meets the floor. It is a layer with room, sized the way the rest of the house is sized.
Opaque quilted cloth in ivory. The stitch gives a little structure; the coverage does not thin out. The damask sits in the cloth, not on a thin ground.
